Ms. Keeton-Cardno brings to clients several years of audit experience in both
the Financial Audit and Information Technology Audit areas. She brings her
vibrant, passionate and positive energy to every engagement. As a former audit
manager with Arthur Andersen, LLP, Ms. Keeton-Cardno's areas of experience
and expertise include:
- Seven years at Andersen auditing gaming and non-gaming public companies.
- Managing member of Lynda R. Keeton CPA, LLC since 2004 focusing on micro
and mid-cap public company audits, reviews and other consulting.
- Act as CFO/Chief Accounting Officer/Controller for public and non-profit
clients.
- Audit, review and preparation of financial statements and disclosures for the
Securities and Exchange Commission, the Nevada Gaming Control Board and
the Department of Labor;
- Implementation Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX) requirements for internal
control systems over financial reporting in accordance with PCAOB statement
#2; as amended by statement #5

reviews, and access reviews;
- Scanning Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 operating system environments
for known vulnerabilities and best practices using both automated tools and expert subject matter experience; and,

Conduct Nevada Gaming Control Board regulatory gaming audits as part of
the out-sourced Internal Audit department for several large Nevada gaming
companies.
Ms. Keeton-Cardno is a licensed certified public accountant in Nevada,
a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a graduate
of Arizona State University's School of Business and Honors College, and has
held the Certified Information Systems Auditor designation.
